Shipping policy
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Some orders may take 10-14 days to ship if they are being restocked, but any applicable items will state the 10-14 days to ship on the product page. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
During peak periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. Washed Dads ships all packages using UPS Ground.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Canada
We ship to Canada via standard international carriers. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Customers in Canada are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Europe
We currently ship to select European countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Italy, and Belgium. Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days from the date of shipment. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT, and customs fees.
Due to varying import regulations, some European shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS within the US and UPS or DHL for international orders depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, tracking updates are the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue is not resolved, email us at support@washeddads.com and we will work with you to investigate and find a resolution.
Washed Dads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we will do our best to help.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@washeddads.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking link.
